IMECC Membership
IMECC is a unique organization. We don't charge dues nor do we charge for any of our activities. Our publications, workshops and this web site are provided to the educational community of Iowa at no cost. How can we do this for nothing? Well, it isn't always easy.
The work of IMECC is done by a dedicated group of volunteers - our committee
members and others who want to enhance and enrich the quality of education
to Iowa's veterans, members of the National Guard and Reserves, and the
eligible dependents of veterans.
Colleges, universities, and other organizations donate meeting facilities
and equipment to IMECC for its annual workshops. In many cases, these organizations
not only donate space and equipment, but provide snacks and lunches to
workshop attendees at no cost.
